Getting a Quote

How do I get a quote?

WhatsApp us on +27 78 862 3057, call us, or fill in the contact form on our website. We'll respond the same day and arrange a site assessment if needed.

Is the quote free?

Yes. All quotes are completely free with no obligation. We assess the job and provide a written quote before any work starts.

How long is a quote valid?

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless material prices change significantly.

Do you do site visits before quoting?

For most jobs, yes. A site visit lets us give you an accurate price and spot anything that might affect the scope of work. For smaller jobs, photos via WhatsApp are sometimes enough.

Booking & Scheduling

How quickly can you start?

Most jobs are scheduled within 2 to 5 business days of quote acceptance. Urgent jobs (burst pipes, emergency roof leaks) are prioritised.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all major areas in Gauteng including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Benoni, Boksburg, Brakpan, Kempton Park, Edenvale, and Germiston.

Do you work weekends?

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Weekend availability depends on team capacity , contact us and we'll advise.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give us as much notice as possible. We understand plans change. No cancellation fees for reasonable notice.

During the Job

Will your team clean up after the job?

Yes. We remove rubble, sweep up, and leave the work area clean when we're done. This is standard on every job.

Do I need to be home during the work?

For access and to answer any questions, yes. For longer projects we can arrange supervised access if you can't be present every day.

What if additional work is discovered during the job?

We stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. No extra work is done without your approval and a revised or supplementary quote.

Do you supply materials or do I buy them?

Both options work. We can supply and source materials (added to your invoice at cost), or you can purchase them yourself. We'll advise on specifications.

Payment & Guarantee

When do I pay?

Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger projects may require a deposit upfront, with the balance due on completion. Payment terms are stated clearly on every quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT bank transfer and cash. We do not accept cheques.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If a defect in our workmanship (not materials or external factors) appears within 30 days of completion, we return to fix it at no charge.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.

Specific Services

Do you do emergency plumbing or roof repairs?

Yes. Burst pipes and active roof leaks are treated as priority jobs. Contact us immediately and we'll get someone to you as fast as possible.

Can you handle a full home renovation?

Yes. We manage complete renovations from structural work through to final finishes, coordinating all trades under one project.

Do you do waterproofing only, or roofing too?

Both. We handle flat roof waterproofing, tile roof repairs, roof painting, gutter installation, and all related leak repairs.

Do you supply and fit solar carport structures?

Yes. We design, fabricate, and install steel carport structures with solar panel mounting rails. Contact us for a custom quote.
